I just received this bag, and the hardware was completely scratched and the bag had what looked like water spots. I do not recommend anyone purchase this bag.

I do my best to be upfront about any issues with the bag and I would expect that photos would reflect that. The aesthetic flaws you refer to were mentioned and/or photographed in the ad. It is very important to thoroughly review ads prior to purchase. Any wear to the bag that I did not specify seemed in my opinion to be either attributed to the age or not of notice. In any case, I was not intentionally misleading about the description and apologize for any poor experience you feel you encountered.
