1 out of 5 starsThe quality was horrible and the hat I received was not the same are the picture on the site. The hat was packed in a box that was too small causing it to be misformed and as soon as I unpacked it, it started to fall apart. I amalso having issues with getting a full refund.

1 out of 5 starsThe hat I received clearly says Cowboy style hat, but the I received is a outback style. The hat was put in a box too small for it which crushed the hat. It did not have any form to it and neither any stuffing to prevent the hat from loosing its shape and again it was the wrong style from what is advertised. I have reached out to the seller and just now waiting to hear back. I hope this can be resolved b/c I paid the higher price for it.
