How do I open a .zip file?
You will need an extraction program to unzip or open your files. There are many different programs available, we recommend WinZip (for PC users) or StuffIt Expander (for Mac users). If you are on a iphone or ipad you will need a free third party app to open .zip documents such as Winzip or izip.
What Sticker Paper should I use for my labels?
I use Glossy Full Sheet Sticker Paper for all of my labels. Or any FULL sheet sticker paper will work. Choose one that fits your printer.
I don’t use any Avery brand packs and I cut by hand.

What type of paper do I use?
You can use any paper you would like. There isn't a paper made for home use that is foil like an actual chip bag. So you can use any kinds you would like to use.

How do I assemble my chip bag?
Most buyers have previous experience with chip bag assembly so this answer depends on what part you do know or don't know how to do.
-I don't know anything about assembly!
So I have a pdf file to use for full assembly for first-time users. I don't have the time to walk you through it step by step but the file has photos to show how it's done. Just message me on ETSY and request the file to be sent to your email.

How to add my juice labels?
