Once your payment is confirmed, Etsy will instantly send you a download link via email. You can also access your files anytime by going to Your Account → Purchases → Download Files.
No physical item will be shipped.
What if I don’t see my download email?
No worries! Sometimes Etsy’s email ends up in the spam or promotions folder.
If you still don’t see it, go to Your Etsy account → Purchases, and you’ll find the download link there.
If you have any trouble, just send me a message, and I’ll help!
Can I get a refund or exchange?
Because my products are digital files, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
