Readings calculated in Japan, written in English, sent as a PDF
Sacred Abyss Japan is a small shop run from Japan. Everything here is a PDF: personal readings written for one person from their date of birth, name or question, and printable charts and calendars for people who prefer to read for themselves.
The readings come from methods that are still in everyday use in Japan: Nine Star Ki, the Four Pillars (Bazi), Sukuyo lunar mansions, name reading by stroke count, the lucky days of the Japanese almanac, and alongside them Zi Wei Dou Shu, the I Ching, numerology, Lenormand and runes. The calculation is done first, and the writing follows what the chart, the name or the cast actually shows. Years and months are turned at the exact moment of each solar term in Japan Standard Time, rather than rounded to the nearest day, which matters for anyone born near a boundary.
How it works: you buy a listing, fill in the personalization box at checkout, and the finished PDF is delivered to you through Etsy within 24 hours. Printables download instantly after purchase.
All readings are offered for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, legal or financial advice, and they do not promise any outcome.
In name readings, katakana are counted stroke by stroke as written. Kanji stroke counts are based on KANJIDIC2, (c) Electronic Dictionary Research and Development Group (EDRDG), used under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 license.
