How do I download my artwork?
After payment is confirmed, open Etsy in a web browser and go to your account’s Purchases and reviews. Find your order and choose Download Files. Digital downloads are not currently available through the Etsy app. If you checked out as a guest, use the download link in your Etsy receipt email. If you have trouble, send me an Etsy message with your order details.
How do I print my 8×10 artwork?
Download the original files rather than saving the preview photos. If your listing includes an 8×10 inch PDF, print it at 100% / Actual Size, with Fit to Page turned off. For JPG or PNG files, select the listing’s stated print size and check the preview for cropping. Keep the original proportions; margins may vary by design. Use paper compatible with your printer—matte heavyweight paper is a good starting point. A print shop can also help. Colors vary with screens, printers, and paper.
Will I receive a physical print or frame?
No. These listings are digital downloads. No physical prints, frames, mats, wooden carvings, or other props are shipped. Framed room photos show display ideas. You supply the printing and frame.
What files and versions are included?
Files vary by listing. Check the description and “What you receive” image, where available, for the exact designs, versions, formats, and sizes. Horse-art singles include the listed JPG and an 8×10 inch PDF of the same design; these are two file formats, not two artworks. Other prints, bundles, and editable kits may include different files. A single-design listing does not include other versions or matching prints unless its description says so.
Can I print a different size?
Use the print size stated in your listing. Enlarging a file can reduce sharpness, and changing its proportions can crop or stretch the artwork. Room mockups illustrate styling and are not a scale guide. If you need a different size, message me before purchasing so I can check the specific design; additional sizes are not automatically included.
Can I edit the artwork or add my own text?
Wall-art downloads are finished designs, not editable templates, unless the listing explicitly says otherwise. Some book-club kits are listed as editable Canva templates; check those descriptions for the included items, editing instructions, and any account requirements. Buying a printable artwork does not include a Canva template, source file, or customization service unless stated.
