Mi amor por la costura comenzó de joven, sentada junto a mis abuelas y aprendiendo la sencilla alegría de hacer algo a mano. Esos primeros momentos sembraron la semilla de una apreciación permanente por las telas, las texturas y la tradición.
Años después, cuando tenía veintitantos, conocí a una querida amiga que también era profesora y una apasionada del quilting. Me introdujo al quilting, y ahí fue cuando todo encajó de verdad. Lo que empezó como curiosidad se convirtió rápidamente en pasión, combinando la creatividad con la comodidad y la nostalgia que recordaba de mi infancia.
Hoy en día, me encanta crear piezas artesanales que alegran a la gente y ofrecen una pequeña conexión con una época más tranquila y significativa. Cada pieza que creo está elaborada con cuidado, intención y un profundo respeto por las tradiciones que la inspiraron. Espero que al usar una de mis creaciones, sientas una sensación de calidez, historia y hogar.
My love of sewing began when I was young, sitting alongside my grandmothers and learning the simple joy of making something by hand. Those early moments planted the seed for a lifelong appreciation of fabric, texture, and tradition.
Years later, in my twenties, I met a dear friend who was also a teacher — and an avid quilter. She introduced me to quilting, and that’s when everything truly clicked. What started as curiosity quickly became a passion, blending creativity with the comfort and nostalgia I remembered from my childhood.
Today, I love creating handmade pieces that bring people joy and offer a small connection to a slower, more meaningful era. Every item I make is crafted with care, intention, and a deep respect for the traditions that inspired it. My hope is that when you use one of my creations, you feel a sense of warmth, history, and home.
