Seascapes & Landscapes: Exploring New England Through Photography
Growing up in Kennebunk, Maine, fishing with my dad was more than a hobby. It was part of our life that sparked my love for nature. When I picked up a camera later in life, I realized how much I enjoyed taking pictures.
Putting two and two together, I started bringing my camera along on fishing trips. That's when things clicked. My fishing rod and camera became my go-to gear, helping me to share my experiences with the great outdoors.
On these adventures, I got into different types of fishing. Fly fishing caught my attention, and tying my own flies became a rewarding challenge. I also started bluefin tuna fishing, adding a new, exciting angle to my fishing trips.
Maicy, my loyal black German Shepherd mix, was always by my side. Our trips took us from woods to coast, each a new adventure and a chance to capture the beauty of nature.
As I started gathering many great pictures, why not share these moments with more people? So, I decided to set up an Etsy store. It felt like the perfect place to share my love for nature, my fishing experiences, and my adventures with Maicy through my pictures.
Today, I'm still exploring, fishing, and photographing around New England's diverse landscapes. Every trip, whether in a quiet stream or the open ocean chasing bluefin tuna, brings new inspiration. I look forward to sharing my journey with you, one photograph at a time.
