How it all started
Durante los tiempos sin precedentes de la pandemia de COVID-19, cuando el mundo parecía ralentizarse y la gente buscaba consuelo dentro de los confines de sus hogares, me encontré volviendo a conectarme con mi amor infantil por el ganchillo. A medida que los días se convirtieron en semanas y las semanas en meses, descubrí que este oficio atemporal proporcionaba no solo una salida creativa sino también un escape terapéutico de las incertidumbres del mundo exterior.
Con renovada ilusión, me sumergí en los proyectos de ganchillo, redescubriendo la alegría que emanaba de cada puntada. El suave ritmo de la aguja, la suave caricia del hilo y la satisfacción de ver tomar forma a un proyecto ofrecieron un respiro muy necesario de la ansiedad y el aislamiento que impregnaba la era de la pandemia.
Pero no tardé mucho en darme cuenta de que mi renovada pasión por el ganchillo iba más allá de la gratificación personal. Quería compartir su nuevo amor con los demás, difundir la alegría y la tranquilidad que el ganchillo había traído a su propia vida. Por lo tanto, se encendió una chispa dentro de mí, encendiendo una misión para inspirar y enseñar a otros el arte del ganchillo.
During the unprecedented times of the COVID-19 pandemic, when the world seemed to slow down and people sought solace within the confines of their homes, I found myself reconnecting with my childhood love for crocheting. As the days turned into weeks and the weeks into months, I discovered that this timeless craft provided not only a creative outlet but also a therapeutic escape from the uncertainties of the outside world.
With renewed enthusiasm, I immersed myself in crochet projects, rediscovering the joy that came from every stitch. The gentle rhythm of the needle, the soft caress of the yarn, and the satisfaction of watching a project take shape offered a much-needed respite from the anxiety and isolation that permeated the pandemic era.
But it didn't take long for me to realize that my rekindled passion for crocheting went beyond personal gratification. I wanted to share their newfound love with others, to spread the joy and tranquility that crochet had brought into their own life. Thus, a spark ignited within me, igniting a mission to inspire and teach others the art of crochet.
