Meine ART Box begann mit einer meiner Ideen. Ich hatte eine Idee für eine tragbare Kunstbox während eines Familienurlaubs, als meine Tochter 5 Jahre alt war. Als Künstlerin und Mutter reiste ich immer mit etwas Kunstbedarf. Normalerweise habe ich Dinge in eine Tüte gestopft und dann keine Staffelei gehabt, an der ich arbeiten konnte, was die Dinge schwierig machte. Ich hatte die Idee, eine Reisekunstbox zu erstellen, die funktional und niedlich sein würde! Meine ART Box war geboren. Meine ART-Box speichert Kunstbedarf, verwandelt sich in eine Tischstaffelei und rahmt fertige Kunstwerke in einem niedlichen Reisekoffer ein.
Ich habe eine kleine Künstlerin zu Hause und ich wünsche mir nichts sehnlicher, als sie zu ermutigen, sich auszudrücken und Freude am Kunstmachen zu finden. Ich möchte, dass sie sieht, dass Kunst zu machen eine Lebensweise ist und etwas, das ein Teil jedes Tages sein kann. Ich möchte alle Eltern ermutigen, Kunst und Kreativität mit ihren Kindern zu teilen, und JEDER sollte wissen, dass sie die Fähigkeiten erwerben können, die notwendig sind, um ihre kreativen Ideen zum Leben zu erwecken!
Mit über 20 Jahren Erfahrung in der Kunstausbildung habe ich aus erster Hand die Verbesserung des eigenen Lebens durch das Streben nach Kunst und den Ausdruck der eigenen Kreativität gesehen. Kunst nährt die Seele und macht das Leben einfach besser!
Wenn es da draußen ein Kind gibt, das als Künstler Ermutigung braucht, möchte ich die Person sein, die ihren kreativen Geist unterstützt.
Mein Ziel mit My ART Box ist es, auch Kunstboxen an bedürftige Kinder zu spenden, damit sie, egal unter welchen Umständen sie sich befinden, ihre Kreativität haben und das Land der Phantasie immer zur Hand ist.

My ART Box started with one of my ideas. I had an idea for a portable art box while on a family vacation when my daughter was 5 years old. Being an artist and mom, I always traveled with some art supplies. I usually found myself stuffing things into a bag and then not having an easel to work on made things difficult. I had the idea to create a travel art box that would be functional and cute! My ART Box was born. My ART box stores art supplies, converts to a table-top easel, and frames finished artwork all in a cute travel-sized case.
I have a little artist at home and I want nothing more than to encourage her to express herself and find joy in making art. I want her to see that making art is a way of life and something that can be a part of every day. I want to encourage all parents to share art & creativity with their children and EVERYONE should know they can acquire the skills necessary to see their creative ideas come to life!
With over 20 years of experience in fine art education, I have seen first hand the improvement in one's life from the pursuit of art and the expression of one's creativity. Art nurtures the soul and just makes life better!
If there is a child out there who needs encouragement as an artist, I want to be that person that supports their creative spirit.
My goal with My ART Box is to also donate art boxes to children in need, so that no matter the circumstances they may be in – they have their creativity and the land of imagination is always at their fingertips.
