Hi, I'm the person behind ShiftReady Planners — and I built this shop because I know how exhausting it is to walk into a 12-hour shift without a system.
Nurses are some of the most organized, capable, high-performing people in the world. But the tools available to them? Generic planners that have never seen the inside of an ICU. Calendars built for office workers. Trackers that don't account for the reality of a night shift.
I set out to fix that.

Ordered a small sign in this design ( printed color glossy paper for us to mount later at the stand) from the Canva site for around $17 ... with free delivery. Nice to be able to use what signs we need from the download selection, when we need them. Good transaction, and super design presentation. Thank you ~

How do I download my file?
After purchase, go to your Etsy account → Purchases and Reviews → click Download. You'll also get an email with the link.
What size do the signs print at?
US Letter (8.5 x 11 inches). Works on A4 paper too — just select "fit to page" when printing.
Can I use these at my farmers market booth?
Yes. The commercial license covers your own farm stand, market booth, and homestead business. You may print as many copies as you need.
Can I print it more than once?
Yes — for personal use you can print as many copies as you need.
Can I share this file with a friend or coworker?
This is a personal use license. Please do not share the file — each person should purchase their own copy. Thank you for supporting the shop

Can I add my own illustrations or photos to the templates?
Yes — Canva lets you upload your own images, logos, and photos. You can replace or add to the botanical illustrations to personalize any template.
