Hola, soy Katie, la artista y creadora detrás de Hello Friend! Siempre me ha encantado hacer tarjetas para amigos y familiares en ocasiones especiales, y con el tiempo, esa alegría se convirtió en una pequeña tienda donde podía compartir tarjetas con todos.
He vivido a lo largo de la Costa Oeste: desde los desiertos del suroeste hasta las soleadas costas, y ahora en la exuberante vegetación del noroeste del Pacífico. Me encanta viajar, descubrir diferentes culturas, gastronomías y paisajes, todo lo cual inspira mis alegres ilustraciones, pensadas para hacer sentir especial a quien las ilustre.
Me apasiona crear de forma sostenible: todas mis tarjetas están impresas en cartulina con certificación FSC, acompañadas de sobres reciclados y empaquetadas sin plástico. Quiero que la alegría de enviar y recibir una tarjeta sea beneficiosa tanto para las personas como para el planeta.

Hi, I’m Katie, the artist and maker behind Hello Friend! I’ve always loved making cards for friends and family for special occasions, and over time, that joy turned into a little shop where I could share cards with everyone.
I’ve lived across the West Coast — from the deserts of the Southwest to sunny oceanside, and now the lush greenery of the Pacific Northwest. I love traveling, experiencing different cultures, foods, and landscapes, all of which inspire my cheerful illustrations, meant to make someone feel special.
I’m passionate about creating sustainably — all of my cards are printed on FSC-certified cardstock, paired with recycled envelopes, and packaged plastic-free. I want the joy of sending and receiving a card to feel good for people and the planet.
