Simply Jane started with a simple question:

Why does choosing a home fragrance have to be so complicated?

Walking into a home fragrance store can feel overwhelming. There are endless combinations of notes, elaborate fragrance names, and descriptions that somehow make choosing a scent feel like having to make one more critical decision.

I wanted to create something different.

Simply Jane is about keeping it simple.

Instead of asking you to understand a long list of fragrance notes, we want you to experience a scent the way you naturally experience the world — by how it makes you feel, taste, remember, and breathe.

Maybe a fragrance reminds you of biting into perfectly ripe fruit. Maybe it feels like clean sheets on a quiet morning. Maybe it takes you somewhere familiar without you immediately knowing why.

That's what we're looking for when we create each scent: the feeling.
