Aloha simple health products: I have had several colloidal silver generators in the past. They were always done with 9 V batteries. My guess is that your adapter is at least 12 V?? If so, that is probably results in the black precipitate that drops down to the bottom in your generator. I.e. the silver is not "colloidal" because it does not stay suspended in the water. If this is correct, the solution would be to simply switch your product to a 9 V battery. I notice that on top of the generator glass cover there is a possibility to add something that has alligator clips on it?? If so, would you sell it to me so I can get the correct colloidal advantage?
