3 out of 5 starsMostly patterns are of laptop bags with slight change in design. Only 3 or 4 laptop styles but structure is almost same. It would be good if bundle had 4 or 5 different products. Good thing is that pattern are easy to understand and best thing is both options A1 and A4 is available.

1 out of 5 starsCan’t get them to answer me. I’ve messaged seller several times. There’s no directions for this pattern. Why would you not answer someone who’s having problems with with the product I’ve bought from them. As of right now, don’t buy this pattern from this seller. It’s the Libby chicken pot holder. I’ll update if the shop ever gets back with me.

2 out of 5 starsThe directions are not clear. The picture instructions are for a different item than the picture of the item I purchased. Printing was difficult to get the proper size for a potholder.

You were right, and I've taken it seriously: I've fully updated the pattern with rewritten step-by-step instructions written for this exact design, corrected cutting details (the comb and tail now clearly show 5 front + 5 back pieces), and a new printing page with a true-size test square plus a single-sheet option for easy scaling. Etsy has a proper channel for reporting any issues with a product. If you have a problem with my product or believe it infringes your intellectual property, you can report it directly to Etsy. There is no need to repeatedly purchase my products and leave negative reviews just to damage my shop’s ranking. If you believe the product is not mine, please use Etsy’s official reporting process and let them investigate. Repeatedly leaving negative reviews only harms my shop and misleads customers. Please handle this matter professionally and through the proper channels.
