About Smith Studio Collective 🦋
Técnicamente, Smith Studio Collective comenzó su andadura en 2016... y luego se tomó la pausa para el café más larga del mundo.
La tienda permaneció en silencio durante varios años mientras la vida seguía su curso, las ideas iban y venían, y de vez en cuando surgía el pensamiento de "Debería hacer algo con esa tienda de Etsy".
Luego, en 2024, el café finalmente hizo efecto.
Lo que comenzó como una pequeña colección de regalos originales se ha convertido en algo mucho más grande: desde tazas, tarjetas y cuadernos hasta láminas artísticas, adornos, recuerdos y colecciones inspiradas en las cosas que la gente ama, las cosas que les hacen reír y las cosas que los hacen ser quienes son.
En 2026, comienza el siguiente capítulo.
Little Lift Co. se convirtió en Smith Studio Collective, un nuevo nombre para una tienda que finalmente tiene la oportunidad de convertirse en lo que siempre estuvo destinada a ser.
El nombre ha cambiado, pero la idea sigue siendo la misma:
Crea cosas que hagan sonreír a la gente.
Algunos diseños son graciosos. Otros son coloridos. Algunos son reflexivos. Algunos son un poco ridículos. Y otros simplemente están ahí porque todos merecemos algo que nos alegre un día cualquiera.
Me encanta crear colecciones con personalidad, ya sea un personaje peculiar, una afición, una profesión, una obsesión por las mascotas o un diseño que te haga pensar inmediatamente en alguien que conoces.
Esto no es una historia de éxito de la noche a la mañana que haya tardado diez años.
Es una pequeña empresa creativa que ha tenido un periodo de preparación muy largo.
Y ahora sí que empezamos de verdad. 🦋

Smith Studio Collective technically began life in 2016... and then took the world's longest coffee break.
The shop sat quietly for several years while life happened, ideas came and went, and the occasional "I really should do something with that Etsy shop" thought appeared.
Then, in 2024, the coffee finally kicked in.
What started as a little collection of quirky gifts has grown into something much bigger — from mugs, cards and notebooks to art prints, ornaments, keepsakes and collections inspired by the things people love, the things they laugh about and the things that make them them.
In 2026, the next chapter begins.
Little Lift Co. became Smith Studio Collective — a new name for a shop that's finally getting the chance to become what it was always meant to be.
The name has changed, but the idea hasn't:
Create things that make people smile.
Some designs are funny. Some are colourful. Some are thoughtful. Some are a little bit ridiculous. And some are simply there because we all deserve a little something that makes an ordinary day feel better.
I love creating collections with personality — whether that's a quirky character, a hobby, a profession, a pet obsession or a design that makes you immediately think of someone you know.
This isn't a ten-year overnight success story.
It's a small creative business that's had a very long warm-up.
And now we're properly getting started. 🦋
