Welcome to Snapdragon. I will happily work to a brief & undertake commissions to build a bespoke piece for you. Please get in touch with your requirements or to discuss ideas. If you see something in my shop that you like but fancy it in a different colour, I will happily make a new one for you. I believe that jewellery shouldn't be saved for special occasions, and should be worn as an extension of your personality

Payment
I accept payment by paypal. You do not need to sign up for a paypal account to use paypal :-)
Delivery
I aim to post within 48 hours of cleared payment. Packages will be shipped in a padded envelope or box- recycled if possible. Items will be packaged in either a gift box or an organza gift bag where appropriate. I can gift wrap if you wish the item to be delivered straight to the recipient.
I enclose a copy of the receipt with purchases, if the item is a gift and you wish this to be left out then please let me know at the time of purchase. Items will be dispatched with a business card, voucher for a discount off future purchases and care instructions.
If you are wishing to purchase a crochet or made to order item and need it in a rush please get in touch as I may often be able to get them done in time. I quote 2 weeks for made to order items but the majority of these are dispatched sooner. I will keep in touch throughout the process so you know the progress on your items at all times.
If you require an item quickly, I can ship priority or other method, at more cost to you. Please convo me for more information if needed.
I am not responsible for customs charges. Please note international shipments may take 10 - 30 days to reach you.

Custom Orders : Custom orders are welcome. Please convo me with your requirements or ideas. I will always send a photo of a selection of materials for your consideration. Custom orders are non returnable if they have been personalised. I will always send photos for approval.
