What happens after I place an order?
Order Confirmation: Etsy will email you a confirmation with the details of your purchase and payment.

What kind of printing techniques do you use?
We partner with top-rated Print on Demand suppliers who use high-quality printing methods to ensure our designs look sharp, colorful, and totally adorable.
Depending on the product, printing may include dye sublimation, direct-to-garment (DTG), or other professional methods that bring every sticker, shirt, or gift item to life with great detail.
Where do your designs come from?
Our designs are created in-house with a mix of creativity, caffeine, and pure joy. Some are hand-drawn, others use digital tools — but all are made with care, humor, and a love for fun, colorful things.
We’re always dreaming up new designs to keep things fresh!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each item is made-to-order just for you. Production usually takes 1–5 business days, and shipping varies by location:
• U.S. orders: 3–5 business days
• International: 10–20 business days, depending on destination
You'll receive tracking details (when available) as soon as your order ships. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way!
What is your return policy?
Since our products are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
That said, if something goes wrong — like your item arrives damaged, there's a defect, or it doesn’t show up — please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include a photo if applicable, and we’ll either replace the item or issue a refund. We want you to be totally happy with your order!
Why don’t you ship to EU countries?
Due to the complexity of EU regulations (like VAT and GDPR), we currently do not offer shipping to countries within the European Union.
We’re a small business and want to focus on great service and smooth deliveries — so for now, we’re sticking to non-EU countries. Thanks so much for understanding!
