Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since each item is custom-made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is a print error.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement
Will I be charged customs fees or import taxes?
We use a global network of production partners, meaning your order is usually printed and shipped from a location near you (e.g., within the US if you're in the US, or within Europe if you're in the EU) to keep things fast and sustainable. In these cases, customs fees are generally not applicable. In rare situations where an item must be shipped internationally across a border, you, the buyer, are responsible for any potential import duties or taxes levied by your country's customs office.
