1 su 5 stelleI ordered a cake topper, and unfortunately, it arrived damaged. I reached out to the seller with photos and asked if a replacement could be sent with better packaging—or, if not, to issue a refund. The seller refused to replace the item and instead suggested I fix it myself using chopsticks/straws. So unprofessional! I paid for a new, intact product—not a DIY repair project. The item wasn’t just minorly bent—the plastic parts were broken, and the backing was also damaged. Worse, the seller insisted I ship the broken item back before considering a refund. I believe that if an item arrives damaged, the seller should take responsibility and cover return shipping or offer a proper resolution without shifting the burden onto the customer. Absolute poor customer service!

I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. The item gets shipped between cardboard, then is bubble taped and finally the entire item is taped. Unfortunately, we cannot control damages caused in transit. Since the broken issue was just the plastic sticks, and not the entire item, I suggested chopsticks or straws to replace the two plastic sticks that broke. The front was in tact and the backing was in tact, with exception of where the sticks broke at the bottom. I offered a refund, however since the main component of the item was in tact, I asked for the item to be shipped back, once a tracking number by the USPS was provided, full refund would have been sent back to you. Again, apologies. Thank you for purchasing from a small business.
