Can I track my order?
Every single order will be tracked, you'll be able to access the information through Your Profile > Purchases and Reviews.
How long will my order take to arrive in the USA?
Due to COVID-19, the USA has been heavily impacted for international delivery from Perth, Australia.
I continue taking the orders to the post office within one business day, but from the moment the item is in Australia Post hands, I can't control how long it will take to arrive.
I'm trying my best to inform you about the delivery updates provided by Australia Post.
The updated estimated delivery time for items sent in 2022 is 2-6 weeks. This is an estimate only, and can't be guaranteed.
The estimated delivery time doesn't include the customs clearance, which is beyond my control.

The address I entered was incorrect and I didn't receive my order. Will I get a full refund?
If Australia Post and/or your own country Postal operator can't deliver your package due to the address being incorrect or you not being able to receive it, usually they forward the package back to the sender.
In such cases, the postal operator may charge a fee to return the item to me.
I'll only be able to process a refund when I know if I will be charged for the return cost, and it may take up to one month from the time I receive it.
If I'm charged for the return shipping, your refund will be the price of products minus the cost of return. If I'm not charged for the return, your refund will be the price you paid for the products. I won't refund the shipping costs.
Please double check your address to avoid packages being returned to me.
Will I be refunded for shipping if I return an item?
If for any reason you are not happy with your your purchase, I gladly accept returns.
However, I won't be able to refund you for the shipping price paid, since Australia post won't refund me for a service they have already provided in full.
