When will my order ship?

We ship orders TWICE a week. Packages typically go out on MONDAYS and on THURSDAYS. If you need an item on a specific date or if it is time-sensitive, please message us BEFORE purchasing so that we can discuss options. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

How will my order ship?

As long as it's safe to do so without damaging specimens, we will always combine shipping for multiple orders and provide refunds for any shipping overages that may occur.

Orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or ASCENDIA (for International only). Please let us know if you have a preference, otherwise, we will select the most affordable shipping option and provide refunds for any shipping overages.

All orders over $300, will be shipped with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship outside of the United States. International shipping charges vary from country to country. Please contact us directly with the items you would like to purchase BEFORE placing an order, and we will provide you with an accurate shipping quote. Otherwise, proceed with the order and we will issue refunds if any shipping overages occur.

Import duties, VAT, taxes and charges are the buyer's responsibility for international orders. Please note that these charges are not included in the shipping cost quoted by our shop unless Etsy automatically charges them.

Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the event items arrive damaged or are not as described, please contact us at info@sourcefieldshop.com; We're happy to help!

Layaway Plan

Layaway plans are available for crystal & jewelry items in our shop that exceed $200 total. A 25% down payment is required and will be applied to the total purchase price. The purchase must be paid in full including shipping cost within 90 days of the down payment. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please note, if you no longer want to continue with the sale once a layaway plan has been initiated, the payment installments are forfeited.

Please message us directly if you are interested in setting up a layaway payment plan.

Crystal Condition

Our crystal and mineral specimens are works of nature, therefore may include inherent imperfections. Any minor chips, scratches, or cracks are considered normal and may be a result from its formation, excavation, or distribution. If any repairs have been made to a specimen, we will clearly note it in our item description. We describe and photograph each piece to the best of our ability while making sure to note any obvious blemishes that could be potentially bothersome to buyers. We expect all buyers to view all photos and read full listing descriptions to get a proper idea of the piece(s) you are purchasing. Weights and sizes are very close approximations. Sizes may vary slightly due to the direction one may try and measure.

Antique and Vintage Jewelry Condition

Our jewelry items are pre-loved and beautifully aged. Please expect signs of wear, unique character and patina which are not considered defects. We describe and photograph each piece to the best of our ability and make sure to note any obvious condition details that could be bothersome to a potential buyer. If you have any specific questions or concerns about a particular piece, please message us to discuss prior to purchasing the item. Photographs are also considered part of the item description.

Ring Resizing

We are happy to confirm prior to purchasing, whether a specific ring is able to be resized or not. However, we don't perform the resizing and recommend your local experienced jeweler to resize the ring for you and make sure the measurement is correct and the resizing is acceptable once completed.

Diamond and Gemstone Carat Weights

Diamond and Gemstone weights are measured with stones in mounts using MM measurements. For weights to be 100% accurate, the stone must be removed from the setting and fully measured. Please note that our measurements are approximate only.
