Yes! We offer custom sizes depending on the artwork. If you don’t see the size you’re looking for, please contact us with the dimensions you need, and we’ll confirm if we can accommodate your request.

Yes, all of our Stretched Canvas Prints are ready to hang. Each canvas is stretched on 3/4-inch wooden bars and comes with a wire hanger on the back. For prints smaller than 18'' x 24'', we also include a thin, brown, acid-free paper backing for added protection. Larger prints will have a backing option upon request.

For framed pieces, the sizes are approximate and refer to the total frame size, including the frame itself. Frame widths may vary slightly depending on the style, but only by a small amount.

Etsy’s estimated delivery dates are system-generated. Actual delivery depends on the carrier. Tracking will provide the most accurate updates.

Shipping times depend on your location and the type of product.

Art prints: Ship within 4 to 7 days.
Frames and framed art prints: Ship within 7 to 15 days.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 4 to 5 days with regular shipping. If you choose expedited shipping, we offer a 2-day shipping service. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. International shipping times may vary.

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of both the damaged artwork and the packaging (outer box and internal materials). These images are required to file an insurance claim with the carrier. Once received, we’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or alternative solution.

Important: Claims submitted without photos of the packaging cannot be processed. Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

You can request a cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order. After 6 hours, due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to cancel, return, or exchange orders. If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us and we’ll work to find a solution.
