The quality of the logs is outstanding. They are exactly as advertised and present as art in our fire pit. Jon's customer service and communication was exceptional. He worked with me to ensure the logs were sized appropriately for my pit, provided updates (with pictures) on the making of the logs and communicated on shipping.

These logs do not disappoint. They are artwork on fire. Just had my first fire out on the patio. Beautiful how the logs let the flame dance thru them. I know that several people have these but they are truly one of a kind. If I ever sell my house, I'll be taking the logs with me.

The photos don't do justice to the quality of workmanship. These logs are beautifully crafted with cutouts that allow flames to move through the logs and the cutouts are re-attached elsewhere to create a sense of depth and texture. I buy everything from shampoo to cars online and rarely if ever are my expectations so exceeded, both in terms of product quality and customer service.

These steel logs are absolutely stunning in our new fire pit! The artistic details and workmanship are excellent. I loved working with Jon on my custom logs--he was prompt with his responses and communicated perfectly with me on what I wanted. I had a hard time pulling myself away from them last night as I fired them up for the first time--they are mesmerizing! Jon's steel logs seem superior in every way to others I saw online, and certainly his customer service is far better than another seller I spoke with. I highly recommend Jon and his wonderful creations!
