🧵 Can I get a refund for a digital product?
According to Etsy policy, digital downloads are non-refundable once the files have been delivered, as they are considered “used.”
However, I always try to be as understanding as possible. If the files haven’t been accessed or downloaded yet, I may consider a refund depending on the situation.
Please make sure to read the product description and check all listing images carefully before purchasing. And feel free to reach out with any questions!
✂️ My file looks damaged or won’t print correctly. What should I do?
Sometimes PDF files don’t open or print properly due to device settings, browser issues, or Etsy’s download system.
Each file is double-checked before and after upload, but from time to time, technical glitches may happen—which are unfortunately out of the seller’s control.
If you run into any issues, please message me on Etsy. I’ll be happy to send you a clean copy via email. I want to make sure you have the best experience possible!
📥 My order shows as “Pending” or “Processing,” but I already paid. Why can’t I download the files?
When an order is marked as “Pending” or “Processing,” it means Etsy is still verifying the payment. This is part of Etsy’s internal system, and sellers don’t have control over when the payment is fully processed.
Even if the payment appears completed on your end, Etsy may still be reviewing it. Download links will remain locked until the order is confirmed.
In most cases, Etsy finalizes or cancels the payment within 72 hours. Once complete, your download links will appear under Purchases and Reviews in your account.
