StockSureHQ privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information I collect when you buy from my Etsy shop, and how I use it.

What I collect
When you buy a digital download, Etsy shares your name, email address and order details with me. If you message me, I see what you send. I never see your payment card details; Etsy handles payment.

Why I use it
- To deliver your download and help with setup (to carry out our contract).
- To answer your questions and handle refunds (to carry out our contract, and my legitimate interest in good customer service).
- To keep records the law requires, such as tax records (legal obligation).
I never sell your information. I won't add you to a mailing list or send you messages you didn't ask for.

Who I share it with
Only Etsy, which runs this marketplace, and my accountant or tax authorities when the law requires it. Etsy's own privacy policy explains how Etsy uses your data.

How long I keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax law requires (usually up to 7 years). Messages are kept for up to 2 years after your last order or message.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you, or object to how I use it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
