How do I receive and download my files?
From a computer:
1. Make sure you're logged into Etsy
2. Go to the top right corner and click on 'You'
3. From the drop-down menu select 'Purchases & Reviews'
4. Find your purchase and on the right click 'Download Files’
*If it's a file ending in .zip - after download double click to "unzip" the folder and inside will be all the PDFs included in your order.
What is an Instant Download or Digital Download?
Our shop offers digital downloads and editable templates that you instantly download after purchase to print or to edit yourself. You can then print where you’d like or convert to a JPG and text/email your invitation. We also offer personalization and editing services, if you prefer for us to do the work or make some custom requests

What is a glyph and how do I edit text with glyphs?
Glyphs are additional characters that can be used in fonts. These characters can allow you to use letter accent marks, access other characters in the language, and even add more decorative letters to use in your fonts, such as adding some decorative letters to the word's beginning and end.
Knowing that not all fonts have extra glyphs is important. It depends entirely on the font's creator. When creating the font, the glyphs need to be designed.

What are trim marks and bleed?
If you download your template as a PDF, you can include to show trim marks. If you are going to be trimming the template at home, this is a great option. There is also an option to show bleed. This is an extra 1/8″ added around the entire template to allow it to be cut the to the correct size if there are design elements that flow off the page.
