What an amazing guy. Nothing was too much trouble. I explained I needed this guitar for my sons 50th and I had it 2 days before I needed it. Brilliant service, even better product. That's to say nothing about the packaging, nothing was going to damage this, that was for sure. I will definitely use Mark again...and again...
