5 out of 5 starsBought a tooled leather guitar strap for my husband and it is beautiful. The monogram was lovely. Item was as described and even better than expected. Had delivery issue, as I didn't know I needed to be home to accept item, due to tariff charge. UPS was planning to resend item back to seller. It was a mess! I could not get any help from UPS after multiple calls and requests for online support. Claudio intervened. Im certain the package wouldn't have made it to us if not for his assistance. Claudio's customer service was above and beyond! Highly recommend purchasing from this seller. Thank you, Claudio.
