How do I need to wash these delicate dresses?

We take great care in selecting our fabrics, prioritizing OEKO-certified, natural materials and dyes. Because of this commitment, slight variations in color may occur between different production batches, and an exact color match cannot be guaranteed.

To keep your garments in excellent condition:
• Always turn them inside out before washing, and use cold or lukewarm water.
• Avoid bleach, dry cleaning, and exposure to direct heat during ironing.
• Do not tumble dry or leave garments in direct sunlight to dry.
• Please note, we cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from incorrect care.

Sizing details

Each product listing includes a detailed size chart. Choosing the appropriate size is the sole responsibility of the customer. But feel free to contact me with any question.

Custom and personalized orders

If you’d like to request any modifications or personalized details, please let us know at the start of your order — either by sending us a message or adding the information to the Personalizations box before checkout. We can only accommodate requests that are clearly communicated in advance. Our goal is always to create pieces that meet your expectations as closely as possible!

What about your Turnaround time?

Our standard production period is up to 10 business days. (Please note that during sales or special campaigns, processing times may differ.)
If you need your order to be completed sooner, you can contact us about priority processing — this option ensures your item is finished and ready to ship within 5 business days.

How can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once production has started, cancellations can no longer be accepted.

Which shipping company do you work with?

We ship all parcels using UPS or FedEx priority service. The estimated delivery window is 3–4 business days, depending on your region.
After the package is transferred to the courier, they are fully responsible for its delivery. In case of delays, lost shipments, or other issues in transit, please reach out to the shipping provider directly.
Please understand that we cannot be held liable for courier delays, missing, or stolen packages once the item has been dispatched.

Important: If you spot any problems when your parcel arrives, please let us know within 24 hours so we can assist promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

If an exchange is mutually agreed upon, the customer may select a new dress from our collection of equal or greater value. Should a higher-priced item be chosen, the price difference must be covered by the buyer.

Return shipping fees are always the responsibility of the customer.
Since every item is made to order, we do not issue refunds.

If an item arrives with a defect proven to be our error, we will arrange a courier pickup and send a replacement at no extra cost. Please ensure you provide a phone number and an available pickup time so the return can be processed smoothly.
