Sizing details
In order to make your best choice on sizing, use a measuring tape around your neck and size in inches.
If you don't have access to a measuring tape use a string and have it around your neck then place it against a ruler to find the right size that is most fit for you. Thank you!
Exchange and refunds
I post as many accurate pictures, detailed content and videos as possible for each item, therefore please make sure of size and colour before you place your order to avoid further extra costs on unwanted exchanges and returns, thank you! :)
Please, note that the items "made to size" are customized for each customer based on their sizing needs, widths or more adjustments. A 10% restocking fee is applied to the refunded value and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs in case of a return.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
