Me gano la vida creando, creando y compartiendo todo lo que amo y me apasiona: el hogar, la familia, la fe, la amistad, la salud y el bienestar. Mis diseños e inspiración provienen de mis caminos e intereses personales, y mi negocio nació primero a tiempo parcial mientras era ama de casa y educaba a mis hijos en casa; luego se convirtió en un proyecto de tiempo completo siendo madre soltera y manteniendo a mis hijos. Ahora sigo creciendo y expandiéndome a medida que la vida cambia. Siempre estoy aprendiendo, creando y creciendo, tanto personal como profesionalmente, mientras sigo desarrollándome en todos los ámbitos de la vida.
Con más de 30 años de experiencia en costura, Sweet Diva MJ es "Sra. Jill" para mis alumnas, y solo una "diva" en el sentido de que siempre he sobresalido naturalmente en todo lo considerado "doméstico" en la sociedad, y se define como "cualquier mujer exitosa e influyente en su campo", según Merriam-Webster. El "dulce" es mi rasgo de personalidad más descrito y lo ha sido toda mi vida. M y J son mis iniciales; únelas y tendrás una descripción general bastante buena de, bueno, —–>> mí. 🙂

My designs & inspiration have come from my personal walks & interests in life, and my business was born first on a part time basis while being a homeschooling, stay at home mom, then merged into a full time endeavor while being a single mom needing to provide for myself and my children, and now continuing to grow & expand as life continues to grow and shift. I am always learning, creating, & growing, personally and professionally as i continue to develop in all walks of life.
With 30+ years of sewing experience, Sweet Diva MJ is “Ms. Jill” to my students, and only a “diva” in the sense that I have always naturally excelled in all things considered “domestic” in society, and defined “as any successful and influential woman in her field”, according to Merriam-Webster. The “sweet” is is my most described personality trait and has been my entire life. M & J are my initials – put it all together, and you have a pretty good general description of, well —–>> me. 🙂
