5 out of 5 starsI originally ordered a rust color, but when it arrived, it was nearly neon orange! I messaged the seller who agreed to exchange the suit for a different color, free of charge. The new suit arrived, and it was exactly what I was hoping for. Correct color, great quality, fit just right.

1 out of 5 starsI couldn’t be more frustrated about this seller and their customer service. It has been an awful experience from beginning to end, from their poor response time, ignoring messages, to lying about sending my order despite me asking them several times (they sent it seven days later), to the quality of the suit. The quality was poor and the cheapest type of linen to use for a suit. They made promises to rectify size issues but then left me hanging for several days. They have not once offered any reassurance or apology whatsoever, despite completely ruining my plans to have a suit for an important wedding, which I told them I needed from the very beginning. A really bad experience. I’d encourage anyone NOT to buy from this seller and go for someone who takes in pride in their work and is more reputable. ZERO STARS.
