Custom and personalized orders
If you have a specific idea, theme, color scheme, or design in mind, send me a message before placing your order. I'll work with you to create something unique that fits your vision.
Before production begins, I'll provide a mockup for approval when applicable. Please review all names, dates, spelling, and other personalization details carefully, as orders are created using the information you provide.
If you're looking for something you don't see in my shop, feel free to reach out—I may be able to create it for you!
Sizing details
Please refer to the sizing chart included in each listing before placing your order. Measurements are provided to help you choose the best fit.
If you're between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, I generally recommend sizing up. If you have questions about sizing before ordering, feel free to send me a message—I'm happy to help!
Care instructions
To help your item last as long as possible, please follow these care instructions:
• Turn garment inside out before washing.
• Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.
• Use mild detergent and avoid bleach.
• Tumble dry low or hang to dry for best results.
• Do not iron directly on the design.
• Do not dry clean.
Following these care instructions will help keep your design looking vibrant for years to come.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Every order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. While I don't currently offer traditional gift wrapping, each item is packaged with care and is ready for gifting.
If you're sending your order as a gift, you can include a personalized gift message at checkout, and I'll be happy to include it with your order.
Returns and Exchanges
Because many of my items are custom or personalized, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error on my part.
Please double-check all personalization details, sizes, and shipping information before placing your order. If there's an issue with your order, contact me within 3 days of delivery, and I'll be happy to work with you to make it right.

Digital products are available for instant download after your purchase is complete. No physical item will be shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be offered once a file has been downloaded. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact me, and I'll be happy to help.
