Most unreasonable and absolutely NO customer service at all. Will never do business with this person or whoever represents her

The item showed being delivered 2 days before she contacted me and the item description was clearly written along with photos. She then got hostile after I said I would not accept the return and told me she would throw the item in the trash and give me a bad review. She stated her husband runs a million dollar company and she knew I could change my policy if I wanted to. Would love to be able to show pictures of the conversation.
