About Me:
The Tenancy Advocacy System
Who I am
I’m a tenant, a music producer, and a strong advocate for renter’s rights. Having navigated the complex world of Victorian property law through my own experiences, I’ve spent months in the trenches of rental disputes.
I know the stress of having an issue ignored, the frustration of feeling unheard, and the confusion of trying to figure out what to do next. I’m not a lawyer—I’m a tenant who decided to stop being reactive and started being strategic. What inspires me
I’ve seen firsthand how an information gap leaves tenants vulnerable. The current system often rewards those who know the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 (as amended) and punishes those who rely on memory or verbal promises.
I’m inspired by the idea of "leveling the playing field." I believe that anyone, regardless of their background, should have the tools to stand their ground, hold their agency accountable, and protect their "quiet enjoyment" of their home.
How I create my system isn't just a set of "legal letters." It’s an Advocacy Ecosystem built on a simple, proven logic: Document, Formalize, Escalate, Succeed. I create my templates with a "proactive manager" mindset. Each bundle is designed to be a living process, not a static document.
I combine:
The Brain: A Master Command Center to track every detail in real-time.
The Evidence: A Documentation Protocol so your proof is always VCAT-ready.
The Law: Precise references to the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 (as amended by the 2021 reforms) to ensure you are always acting from a position of strength.
I build these tools to be professional-grade, systematic, and easy to use, because when you have the right system, you don’t need to be a lawyer to be heard.
