Posting days are currently Monday and Thursday, but I will strive to post 1 working day from placing your order. Please make sure your address is correct at time of ordering.

I send everything by 2nd class large post. However, items like cloth rounds, I may be able to send by standard post, therefore I will upgrade where I can within the postage amount paid at purchase. I will do the same with multiple items in your order, if postage costs exceed the amount I have asked yu to pay (minus polymailer and tissue paper costs).

All my items are handmade by myself. While I strive for perfection, please note I am not a machine thus unable to guarantee perfectly neat and symmetrical stitching.

All fabric, except synthetic material, has been prewashed at 70 degrees, at least once, to minimise shrinkage, but I cannot guarantee no further shrinkage will occur.

Items come from a smoke-free but cat friendly home. Cats are not allowed near my fabric but hairs can be transfeered from my clothes at times. I use a lint roller on every item regardless, prior to packaging up your order.
