We offer a full refund or replacement if an item is over 10 working days late (UK) or 20 working days late (International). Please be aware that we personalise each item and cannot be held accountable for courier-related delays. During Christmas and courier strikes, delivery times may be considerably longer. Custom and personalised orders at Tender Tree:
Minor alterations, such as modifying the wording or adding a pawprint or heart, are free of charge. For more extensive customisations necessitating multiple proof images and changes, a fee may be applicable. Please get in touch with us for a quote – we're approachable and reasonable!

International orders - refunds and replacements
Most of our international orders arrive within the estimated delivery time displayed for each product. However, please be aware that delays may occur due to customs, and your order could arrive later than expected.
