Thank you for being here! We are a small, dedicated creative studio that takes GREAT pride in delivering quality, accuracy, and beautiful products — every single order is made with intention, care, and detail.

We run a very streamlined production workflow and we process orders FAST — but we also believe in transparency.

HOLIDAY DEADLINES
All personalized holiday items must be ordered by December 12th.

Any holiday gift order placed after December 12th may still arrive in time depending on your location and the carrier — but please understand:

Once your order goes into production and ships from our fulfillment partner, delivery timelines are 100% controlled by USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL. We do not control shipping speeds once the carrier has possession of the package.

We do everything possible on our end:
we produce quickly
we ship quickly
we double check personalization

…but we cannot override holiday carrier delays or weather events.

We will always communicate clearly, keep your order moving, and support you every step of the way.

FAQ — READ BEFORE ORDERING
Q: Do you offer cancellations, refunds or returns?
A: Because most of our items are made to order (POD) or instantly downloadable (digital files), we cannot cancel or refund once production begins or a digital file has been accessed. Please read listings carefully because there may be and double-check personalization!

Q: How long does production take?
A: Production typically takes 2–4 business days (not including weekends or holidays). During peak holiday season this may extend slightly — but our production partners prioritize speed, quality, and accuracy on every single order.

Q: When will my item ship?
A: As soon as production is complete, your item ships directly from our fulfillment partner’s closest print facility. This helps reduce shipping time and costs. Once it ships, transit time is controlled by our shipping partner.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! As soon as your order ships, Etsy will automatically update your order with a tracking number.

Q: Do you do custom requests?
A: If you want a name, color change, title change, or niche change, message us. If it’s a small mod — we usually can! If it’s a completely new custom design or full art request — pricing will apply. Use this link for any additional personalizing.

Q: I ordered a DIGITAL item — where do I find it?
A: You will receive an email with a link to the email associated with your Etsy account with instructions on how to download your purchase. You can also find your digital files are available to download right here in your Etsy account, under “Purchases & Reviews.” No physical item will be shipped for digital listings.

Q: Can I edit digital files?
A: Most digital products are non-editable PDF or PNG files. If an item is editable (ex: Canva templates), it will clearly say so in the listing title and description.

Q: My package is delayed. Can you help?
A: We are here to support you — but please note that once an item is in transit, shipping delays are outside our control. We will gladly help you communicate with the carrier if needed.
