Frequently asked questions
How long until my toy ships?
Every toy is printed after you order at our Printer Ranch in Austin. Most orders ship within about a week; party packs take about 10 days.
Can I choose the colours?
Pocket Crew toys are printed in the colours we have loaded that week. If you have a wish, add a note to your order and we'll do our best.
Are they safe for little kids?
They have small parts, so they are not for children under 3. Every toy is play-tested before it ships, and we are a registered CPSC small-batch manufacturer.
Do you do parties or classrooms?
Yes. We have party packs of 10 fidget keychains. For more than ten, or for a whole class, message us and we'll quote it.
What if something arrives broken?
Message us with a photo and we'll reprint it or refund you.
Who makes the toys?
Joseph, age 8, invents them. The Printer Ranch in Austin, Texas prints them, and Dad handles the shipping.
