Templates we actually use to run our rentals
We're a husband-and-wife team in Calgary, Alberta. We run four licensed short-term rentals, and every template in this shop comes from how we operate them day to day.
Our guests have left 83 reviews on our rentals, all five stars, and cleanliness is what they mention most. That comes from the systems behind each turnover: a room-by-room cleaning routine, fixed restock levels so our cleaners never have to guess, a host check after every clean, and a maintenance schedule that keeps small problems from reaching guests.
We turned those systems into templates you can use: spreadsheets that track income, expenses and cleaner pay, turnover checklists and SOPs, maintenance schedules, welcome books, guest messages and signs. Each one comes in a US and a Canada version.
Everything is a digital download. The Canva templates work on a free Canva account, and the spreadsheets open in Google Sheets. Nothing is shipped.
