Why I opened this shop
I'm Alberto Del Bove, a psychologist and psychodynamically oriented psychotherapist. Over the years I have built up tools, observation grids and materials that I actually use in my own clinical practice, things written to answer real questions that come up in session rather than to fill a shelf.
The Consulting Room exists to share that work with colleagues, the psychotherapists, psychologists and counsellors who meet the same clinical difficulties every day. Every compendium, worksheet and grid here was written and reviewed by me and tested in real practice, and none of it was generated to pad a catalogue.
What you can expect
Material meant to be used right away, without filler and without theory for its own sake. If something is unclear, or you have a question before buying, message me directly, because I answer every message myself.

Can I use these materials with my clients?
Yes. Every file is licensed for use in your own clinical practice, and you can print the worksheets for your clients as often as your work requires. What the licence does not cover is reselling the file or sharing it with other clinicians, who can buy their own copy here.
Are the worksheets validated instruments?
No, and each listing says so. They are reflection and observation tools written from clinical practice, with no scoring, no norms and no diagnostic status, meant to support your judgement in the room rather than to replace it or to measure the patient.
I'm not psychodynamically trained. Will this still be useful?
Most of the material is written from a psychodynamic position, but the questions concern things any orientation attends to, such as the frame, the relationship and what changes in the room. Colleagues working in integrative, systemic, schema or ACT frameworks tend to use it without having to translate it into another model, and each listing notes where it travels well.
How do I receive the files?
As soon as the payment is confirmed, Etsy makes the PDF (and the EPUB, where it is included) available in your account under Purchases and sends you a download link by email. Nothing is shipped, and you can download the files again from your account whenever you need them.
