I'm a higher education lecturer here in the UK. Alongside my own creative artwork, I share teaching and planning resources here so everyone can benefit from what I teach in the classroom. My planner pages are built and designed around what's helped me at various times in my life. We all need different approaches to life at different times and sometimes our focus has to shift or we need to tend more to some aspects of our lives more than others. Or if you're neurospicy, like me, you might just like having the structure and accountability of a planner with the ability to change up how that looks at any moment on a whim! I hear you!

The joy of these planner pages is that you can build a planner that works for you on any given day/week/month, and you don't have to stick to one way for 365 days. You also don't have to feel guilty when you don't. Simply print what you need when you need it and don't when you don't! There are no big blank sections that taunt you for not sticking to something that was no longer working.

I'm neuro-spicy and need both structure and the freedom to change things in order to thrive. This pick-and-mix way of planning has really worked for me and it allows me to create a structure that looks different each day if that's what's working for me.

My prints are what I create as part of my self-care, a true creative expression that tops me up and fills my soul full of good stuff! All the prints available here are created from a combination of stream-of-consciousness morning pages and a sort of meditative approach to seeing and image creation.
