I host and produce a sports media platform built around long-form athlete interviews and content coverage — which means my weeks are a mix of game coverage, guest booking, brand deliverables, filming, editing, and posting, often all in the same 48 hours.
I couldn't find a planner built for that. Generic planners have a "notes" section and call it a day. Nothing had a real spot for tracking brand deliverables against a content calendar, or a place to log who I still need to reach out to for a guest slot or a partnership.
So I built one. The Lineup is the system I actually use — a month view for the big picture, a weekly content bank for deliverables and ideas before the week starts, and a daily itinerary broken into 30-minute blocks because "film this, edit that, post this, eat lunch" is genuinely how my days go.
Everything here started as pages I was already writing by hand. I'm just sharing the system.
