星 5 個のうち 5 個I am very pleased with this piece of furniture. It holds the litter robot well with ample additonal storage. I would have preferred a heads up email before completion to confirm my initial stain color choices. Had to ask for additional tracking information as the info in Etsy was not correct. Delivery was straightforward and it was packed well on a pallet. A little difficult getting up my front steps (duh, it's made of solid hardwood) but everything worked out well in the end.

星 5 個のうち 5 個Daniel at The Rustic Forest was a pleasure to deal with and helped bring my custom kennel to life! He provided me with a rendering and worked with me until it was exactly what I wanted. He kept me updated every step of the way, and once it shipped, we could follow where it was across the country. It arrived in excellent condition and is a beautiful furniture piece in my living room! Thank you Daniel for a quality piece that will last a lifetime for my pups!

星 5 個のうち 5 個Absolutely beautiful litter-box enclosure. Mine was custom done with one side fully open for my kittens to not feel trapped. It’s so sturdy and lovely. It looks like a piece of furniture for sure. Very easy to put together! Shipping took a long time, but I’m on the east coast. Highly recommend!

星 5 個のうち 5 個The coffee table Daniel made for us is amazing! It's a beautiful piece of craftsmanship, and the attention to detail is really special. The lift top with with the hidden compartment works very well and is such a handy thing to have at the couch.

よくある質問
Shipping
Large items are sent freight with one of the many carriers available and with curbside delivery. This means that the item is brought to your address, signed for and left. The delivery guys are not authorized to unpack or bring the item into your home. If you'd like it brought in, please ask for a quote on White Glove Delivery.
In the event an item gets returned to us as undeliverable, shipping will be charged both ways and the cost of the items will not be refunded (due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our work). In that event, we would be happy to ship it again, but buyer will incur additional shipping costs.
International Orders
For international buyers, any and all customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer as well as paying them on time. If a buyer fails to pay duties and fees to release the item into the country by their due date and item is returned to us, buyer will not be refunded for the returned item. If buyer wants the item resent, buyer will pay the cost to ship the item back to us plus the cost to reship it back to them.
