Frequently asked questions
How long will it take to get my order?
Most items are made to order and usually ship within 3–5 days of purchase. Standard delivery within the U.S. takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please allow up to 2 ½ weeks for your order to arrive. Please understand that some things are outside of our control once the package is in transit. Sometimes delivery is delayed, especially during holidays. If your order arrives damaged, we will replace it at no charge.
Can I cancel my order?
In most circumstances, we cannot cancel your order once it has been placed. All orders are immediately routed to our printing partner after your purchase. If you change your mind or have any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, then sorry, it is headed your way.
What if my order arrived damaged?
Even though your items are carefully packaged to protect it for its journey, sometimes accidents happen. If you receive a damaged package, please email us with pictures and a description of the damage and we will send out a replacement. Important: Please do not return the item to the address on the package, as it may belong to our printing partner.
Do you take custom modification request?
Possibly! We review requests case by case. Please email us before placing your order with details, and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate.
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted. All sales are final. Please do not ship your items back to the address listed on the package. The address on the package may be our printing partner.
How do I download digital items?
Your files will be available for download once payment is verified. After payment has been verified then download is available via “purchases” tab in your Etsy profile. If you purchased as a guest and not via logging into your account, you’ll receive an email with a link to download your files. Please check your spam or junk folder if the email is not in your Inbox.
Downloads are not available on mobile devices. The files must be downloaded to a computer.
