The Wild Loom Studio was created from my love of beautiful wall art, timeless interiors, and thoughtful design. I create elegant art prints that blend nature, storytelling, and modern aesthetics, helping you turn everyday spaces into homes filled with warmth, personality, and inspiration.

From wildlife illustrations and botanical artwork to bookish prints and minimalist décor, every collection begins with an idea that I’m genuinely excited to bring to life. I love creating artwork that feels stylish today but will still look at home on your walls for years to come.

Every design is carefully created with a focus on composition, colour, and balance. My aim is to produce high-quality wall art that complements a wide range of interiors, whether your style is modern, cosy, Scandinavian, cottagecore, or classic.

FAQ

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Each print is produced specifically after your order is placed. Please check the listing photographs, artwork, colours, sizing and product details carefully before ordering.

Because items are produced to order, refunds and exchanges are not offered simply because you change your mind, no longer like the artwork, prefer a different colour or size, or decide the print does not suit your room, except where you have a legal right to cancel or return your order.

If the item received matches the artwork, size and description shown in the listing, dissatisfaction based on personal preference is not considered a fault.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible through Etsy Messages. Please include clear photographs of the affected area, the full item and the packaging with the address label visible.

Once reviewed, I will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

If only part of an order is affected, the replacement or refund may apply only to that part. For example, if the print is faulty but the frame is undamaged, the resolution may apply to the print only.

Quality, Colour Variation & Items Not as Described

Every effort is made to ensure the finished print is as close as possible to the digital artwork and listing images.

However, printed colours can vary slightly from how they appear on phones, tablets and computer screens due to screen brightness, display settings, colour calibration, RGB-to-print differences and viewing conditions.

For this reason, an exact 100% colour match between the digital image and finished print cannot be guaranteed.

Minor differences in colour, tone, brightness, contrast or saturation are a normal part of the printing process and are not considered a fault or an item being "not as described".

Refunds, returns or replacements are not offered solely because of slight colour differences between the digital listing images and the finished print.

If you believe your print is significantly different from the listing, please contact me through Etsy Messages with clear photographs so I can review the issue.

Print Quality

If there is an obvious printing defect, damage, incorrect artwork, incorrect size or another genuine production issue, please contact me with photographs and I will investigate.

Framed Orders

Prints and frames may be treated separately when resolving a problem. If the frame is undamaged but the print has an issue, any replacement or refund may apply to the print only.

Cancellations

Orders are sent for production shortly after purchase. If you wish to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible. Once production has started, cancellation may not always be possible, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Delivery dates shown by Etsy or the courier are estimates and delays can occasionally occur.

If your order appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact me through Etsy Messages and I will investigate. Any refund or replacement will be handled in line with Etsy policies, the courier's investigation process and your applicable consumer rights.

Please do not dispose of a damaged item or its packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as photographs or further information may be required.
