From the Forge to Your Hand
The Spark of the Blade
Five years ago, I walked into my workshop with a simple goal: to create a tool that wouldn't just last a season, but would be passed down to the next generation. I was tired of "disposable" hardware store tools that failed when the work got tough.
I decided then that if I was going to do this, I was going to do it right. I traded the "9-to-5" life for the heat of the forge and the scent of sawdust. Today, as a full-time maker, that obsession with quality hasn't changed—it’s only sharpened.
The Philosophy of "High Quality"
In my shop, there are no shortcuts. Every knife and axe I produce is a marriage of high-carbon steel and hand-selected hardwoods.
The Steel: I focus on damascus steel & high carbon steel for its superior edge retention and toughness.
The Heat Treat: this is where the soul of the blade is born. My heat-treating process ensures the perfect balance between hardness and flexibility.
The Handle: I believe a tool should feel like an extension of your arm. Every handle is ergonomically shaped and finished to withstand the elements.
Why Handcrafted?
When you hold one of my pieces, you’re holding five years of trial, error, and refinement. Whether you are a professional woodsman, a backyard chef, or an outdoor enthusiast, you deserve a tool that works as hard as you do.
Thank you for supporting an independent maker. Every purchase allows me to keep the forge hot and the traditions of bladesmithing alive.
