How do I download my files?
Once payment is complete the digital files will be available for download in your account and an email will be sent to your Etsy registered email. Please note that digital downloads are NOT currently available on the Etsy app. You will need to access it on a web browser such as Google Chrome and Safari.
Do you accept customized orders?
Unfortunately, I am not accepting customized orders at this time, but I would love to hear any feedback that you may have.
Do you accept refunds?
Due to the nature of these items, I do not accept any refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Why are my hyperlinks not working?
If you are using the Goodnotes app, please ensure the “Read-Only” option is selected. It is located at the top bar, on the right and looks like a crossed out pencil.
Where can I print my downloads?
You may print in the convenience of your home or you may go to your local print shop.
Why is my item not printing correctly?
Many printers can change the sizing options to “Fit to page” automatically. Always choose “Actual Size” or “scale to 100%” in the page sizing and handling section.
What devices/apps will work with this product?
These planners have been tested on the Goodnotes and Noteshelf apps, but will work on any PDF annotations apps available in the app store or Google Play.
