Willkommen in unserem Stoffladen, der eher zufällig entstanden ist! Da Veränderung die einzige Konstante im Leben ist, präsentieren wir uns nun endlich als kleiner, familiengeführter Stoffladen! Wir fertigen außerdem hochwertige, handgefertigte Quilts sowie individuelle Bekleidung und Accessoires. Unser Ziel ist es, Ihnen die trendigsten und hochwertigsten Stoffe auf dem Markt zu fairen Preisen anzubieten. :)

Alles über Bethany, die Gründerin mit dem lässigen Dutt und Herzstück dieses Unternehmens: Meine Liebe zum Basteln und zum Sammeln von Stoffen – äh, zum Kuratieren – begann im wohl schwierigsten Jahr für viele von uns, zu Beginn der COVID-19-Pandemie. Es war ein frustrierender Weg, eine einfache Nähmaschine und Stoff zu besorgen, die damals fast unmöglich zu finden und unglaublich teuer waren. Ich steckte all meine Energie in die Beschaffung von Material, um hunderte und tausende Masken und OP-Hauben herzustellen und sie kartonweise in die ganze Welt zu verschicken. Heute, viele Jahre später, habe ich mein Handwerk perfektioniert und stelle nun viele verschiedene Dinge her und verkaufe sie. Mein wunderbarer Mann hat ebenfalls viel übernommen und hilft mir beim Nähen und Versenden; ich bin so froh, dass er zu meinem Team gehört. :)

Ich liebe meine Arbeit und teile sehr gerne meine handgefertigten Stücke aus wunderschönen Stoffen. Jedes Stück wird mit Sorgfalt und Liebe gefertigt, und ich verkaufe nur Dinge, auf die ich selbst stolz bin oder die ich auch selbst verwenden würde. Alle meine Quilts und Taschen sind echte Unikate – Sie werden nie zwei identische finden. Die Suche nach seltenen und nicht mehr erhältlichen Stoffen macht mir unglaublich viel Spaß (manchmal vielleicht etwas zu viel :P).

Welcome to our accidental fabric shop! Since change is the only constant in life, we're finally embracing our true form as a small family-owned fabric shop! We are also crafters of quality hand-crafted quilts, as well as custom apparel and accessories. We strive to bring you the trendiest and highest quality fabrics on the market at competitive prices. :)

All about Bethany, the messy-mom-bun-having creator and the heart of this business: My love for crafting and fabric hoarding...ahem, curating...began during the hardest year for many of us, at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. I started with a frustrating journey of procuring a simple sewing machine and fabric, which were nearly impossible to find, and incredibly marked up in price at the time. I poured all of my energy into procuring supplies to make masks and surgical caps by the hundreds and thousands and sent them across the country and world by the boxload. Fast forward to now, and I've perfected my craft and now make and sell many different things. My wonderful husband has taken on a lot as well and helps me sew and ship; I'm so glad he's on my team. :)

I really love what I do and I love sharing crafts made out of beautiful textiles. Each piece is made with care and love and I never sell anything I am not proud of or wouldn't personally use. All of my quilts and bags are truly one-of-a-kind and you will never find two that are exactly alike. I really enjoy (a little too much sometimes :P) the hunt of finding rare and out of print fabrics to share.
